توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف تتعامل حزمة نيكسورا من المرئيات المخصّصة لـ Microsoft Power BI ("المرئيات") مع المعلومات. وتنطبق على Nexora Map وNexora KPI وNexora Table وNexora Radial وNexora Line وNexora Sankey وNexora Heatmap وNexora Button Slicer وNexora Date وNexora Gauge، وأي مرئي آخر تنشره نيكسورا ضمن الحزمة على Microsoft AppSource.
١. لا جمع للبيانات
تعالج المرئيات البيانات التي تربطها بها لغرض رسم المخطّطات والجداول على الشاشة فقط. وهي لا:
- تُرسل بيانات إلى نيكسورا أو أي طرف ثالث؛
- تُجري اتصالات شبكية أو خدمية خارجية؛
- تستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو أي تتبّع؛
- تتتبّع الاستخدام أو السلوك أو الهوية.
تتم كل المعالجة محلياً داخل بيئة تقرير Power BI (سطح المكتب أو خدمة Power BI) وفق ضوابط الأمان والخصوصية الخاصة بمايكروسوفت.
استثناء وحيد ومحدود: تحفظ المرئيات المدفوعة قيمة واحدة غير شخصية — تاريخ بدء الفترة التجريبية — عبر آلية التخزين المعزولة التي توفّرها Power BI للمرئيات المخصّصة، وذلك حصراً لاحتساب مدة التجربة المجانية (٣٠ يوماً). هذه القيمة تبقى داخل بيئة Power BI لديك ولا تُرسَل لأي جهة، ولا تتضمّن أي بيانات من تقاريرك.
خصوصية الخرائط (Nexora Map): يعتمد المرئي على حدود جغرافية وأسماء أماكن مضمّنة داخل حزمته (مصادر عامة مرخّصة)، ولا يستخدم خدمات خرائط خارجية، ولا يجمع أو يحدّد أو يُرسل موقعك الجغرافي أو موقع أي مستخدم.
٢. بيانات تقريرك
البيانات التي تعرضها المرئيات ملكك وتبقى داخل مستأجر Power BI أو ملفّك. ولا تملك نيكسورا أي وصول إليها. وتقع مسؤولية المعالجة القانونية لتلك البيانات — بما فيها أي بيانات شخصية — عليك بصفتك مُعِدّ التقرير وعلى مؤسستك.
٣. المعلومات التي ترسلها إلينا مباشرة
عند تواصلك معنا للدعم على contact@nexoraanalysis.com، نستقبل المعلومات التي تختار تضمينها (مثل بريدك الإلكتروني ومحتوى رسالتك). نستخدمها فقط للردّ على طلبك ولا نبيعها أو نشاركها. ونحتفظ بمراسلات الدعم بالقدر اللازم لمساعدتك فحسب.
٤. المتجر والترخيص
عند حصولك على مرئي عبر Microsoft AppSource أو متجر مايكروسوفت التجاري، تعالج مايكروسوفت المعاملة وأي معلومات حساب أو ترخيص مرتبطة بها وفق بيان خصوصية مايكروسوفت. ولا تتلقّى نيكسورا سوى المعلومات المحدودة والمجمّعة التي تتيحها مايكروسوفت للناشرين (مثل ملخّصات الطلبات والمدفوعات).
٥. الأطفال
المرئيات أدوات احترافية وليست موجَّهة للأطفال. ولا نجمع عمداً أي معلومات من الأطفال.
٦. تغييرات هذه السياسة
قد نُحدِّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. وستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية في تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه. ويُعدّ استمرار استخدامك للمرئيات بعد التحديث قبولاً للسياسة المعدَّلة.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Nexora suite of custom visuals for Microsoft Power BI (the "Visuals") handles information. It applies to Nexora Map, Nexora KPI, Nexora Table, Nexora Radial, Nexora Line, Nexora Sankey, Nexora Heatmap, Nexora Button Slicer, Nexora Date, Nexora Gauge, and any other visual Nexora publishes in the suite on Microsoft AppSource.
1. No data collection
The Visuals process the data you bind to them solely to render charts and tables on screen. They do not:
- send data to Nexora or any third party;
- make external network or service calls;
- use cookies or any tracking technology;
- track usage, behaviour, or identity.
All processing happens locally within the Power BI report environment (Power BI Desktop or the Power BI Service) under Microsoft's own security and privacy controls.
One narrow exception: the paid Visuals store a single non-personal value — the start date of the free trial — using the sandboxed storage mechanism Power BI provides to custom visuals, solely to measure the 30-day trial period. This value stays inside your Power BI environment, is never transmitted anywhere, and contains nothing from your report data.
Map privacy (Nexora Map): the visual renders from geographic boundaries and place names embedded inside its package (licensed public sources). It uses no external mapping services and does not collect, determine, or transmit your location or the location of any user.
2. Your report data
The data displayed by the Visuals belongs to you and remains within your Power BI tenant or file. Nexora has no access to it. Responsibility for the lawful handling of that data — including any personal data — rests with you as the report author and your organisation.
3. Information you send us directly
If you contact us for support at contact@nexoraanalysis.com, we receive the information you choose to include (such as your email address and the contents of your message). We use it only to respond to your request and do not sell or share it. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to assist you.
4. Marketplace and licensing
When you obtain a Visual through Microsoft AppSource or the Microsoft commercial marketplace, Microsoft processes the transaction and any associated account or licensing information under Microsoft's Privacy Statement. Nexora receives only the limited, aggregated information Microsoft provides to publishers (for example, order and payout summaries).
5. Children
The Visuals are professional tools and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Visuals after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
